**COMPANY INFORMATION**

This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week plus voluntary overtime opportunities, with full benefits after the 3-month probationary period. Compensation to be determined based on experience and position.

**General Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines
- Operating metal fabricating machines
- Experience working with power tools
- Experience in packaging, material handling, receiving and framing
- Ability to work with and have attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Able to read and interpret technical documents and drawings (Blue prints)
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

**General Qualification Requirements**
- Metal Fabrication experience
- Custom sign fabrication experience with sheet metal, aluminum, fitting, wiring, and final assembly
- Experience with power brake, power shear, drilling, presses and band saws
- Own your own basic hand tools to supplement tools and equipment supplied by the company
- Experience packaging, material handling, receiving and framing
- Previous experience working safely with hand tools such as drills, saws, etc.
- Experience working with various materials including aluminum, sheet metal and various plastic materials
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work at a very fast pace with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to organize and keep work area clean and tidy
- Ability to read orders and prepare finished product to be crated, shrink wrapped and staged.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lb.
- Team oriented with the ability to work well with others safely.
- Familiar with the BASF system is an asset but not necessary, using single/two stage systems.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
