**Key Responsibilities**
- Quote pricing for recycled metal bids to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Negotiate with suppliers to settle claims, while maintaining good relations.
- Accurately check purchase orders versus item descriptions, prices, payment terms, and shipping terms against what has been discussed.
- Attend bi-annual seminars held in various cities across the USA to facilitate business development and expansion.
- Search for reliable North American suppliers of recycled metal through any means necessary, including cold calling, searching databases, LinkedIn, on-site visits, industry events, etc.
- Work the lead and do extensive due diligence on new suppliers to ensure future smooth and safe transactions with our company.
- Maintain good relationships with both old and new suppliers and visit them at their locations as necessary (including travelling to other Canadian provinces and/or travelling to the USA).
- Communicate and be responsive to local and international stakeholders' communications.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or related fields is preferred.
- 3 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
