**Red Coral Inc.** is looking for a **TEAM LEAD **to join our team in **Stratford, ON**.

Red Coral Inc. is a women's fashion and accessories company. We have a retail location in downtown St. Jacobs and Stratford. We are also on The Shopping Channel and other boutiques across Canada.

We are seeking a TEAM LEAD who can maximizes sales by implementing and establishing sales objectives, coordinating a successful sales team, and using that team to achieve their goals. In essence, you are the glue that holds the sales team together.
- You will help recruit, train and coach your sales team in all aspects of our fashion retail store.
- You will assist the store manager with sales strategies and sales plans.
- You will assist in encouraging your team to reach the targets and goals set forth.
- This team and you will provide excellent customer service to our customers.
- You will assist and outfit the customer with key looks and incorporating accessories.
- Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
- Help steam, process and merchandise product in the store.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to lead a group and also to work as part of a team environment.
- Able to stand and move about for long periods of time.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast‐paced, chaotic environment.
- Proficient with technology.
- Experience working in a fashion environment a huge asset.

**You must be able to work week-ends as well.**

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
