Phlebotomist - Medical Technician

As the Phlebotomist/ Medical Technician for Pollock Clinics' treatment programs, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who will be helping to support the patient experience from first contact with the clinic to post-operative care.

The position reports directly to the Clinical Team Lead and works with other MOAs and administrative staff.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Greet and request required information from patients, explain the blood collection process, perform phlebotomies, shockwave accoustic sound, Hair PRP treaments.
Maintain client relationships, including responding to inquiries and following up on requests.

Documentation and charting
Prepare viles for the centrifuge and PRP treatments
Preparation of the tray and PRP pre-treatment tasks to support the Clinical Team
Post-treatment cleanup procedures
Go over pre and post-treatment care with patients
Other tasks related to Men’s Sexual Health Program and Hair PRP Restoration Program as assigned.

**Qualifications and Competencies - Required**:
**Medical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomy**
Experience in customer service in a medical setting.
Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy and flexibility to work effectively with senior administration, physicians, MOAs and patients.
Completion of a recognized phlebotomy certification.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain the strictest standards of patient privacy and confidentiality.

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
