**About You**:
You are capable of working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with mínimal oversight. Adapting your time and workflow to the most pressing issues at hand will be essential. Your communication skills are excellent. You will be responsible for the resources to conduct training of our cabin crew with strict compliance to Transport Canada regulations. You will report directly to the Director, Cabin Safety and be located in Toronto, Ontario.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Determine training requirements for both Canadian and overseas bases
- Liaise with foreign operators to assist in the planning and preparation of their training in Canada
- Coordinate the Cabin Safety Instructor requirements for all Cabin Safety training
- Populate training expiries in company data base
- Research, schedule and coordinate all training facilities with Crew Travel, (and Crew Travel of the overseas operator), guest speakers, pools, fire fighting, aircraft practical sessions
- Responsible to ensure all training equipment and materials for Canadian and overseas courses are prepared, shipped and returned
- Maintain proficiency with the AIMs system to coordinate and update scheduling and memos for crew, instructors, and to generate training reports
- Evaluate training logistics and make improvements as deemed fit
- Reconcile invoices, assist with departmental budget
- Ensure no cabin crew member has potential to operate without proper qualification
- Other duties as required

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous airline experience
- Demonstrated experience in office administration
- Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF
- Knowledge of AIMs scheduling system an asset
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, able to adapt to changes
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg
