**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team productivity.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the selection process.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing and merchandising strategies.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing and product selection to optimize inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in cashiering and operating POS systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
