Partner Marketing Manager

Hypercharge Networks provides seamless, simple EV charging experiences through industry leading equipment and a robust network of public, residential, and commercial charging stations across North America.

**Your Role**:
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will provide core content and strategy that grows our business in our Partner channel, proudly ensuring the success of Electrical Contractors, Parking Management Firms, Auto Dealer Distributors, and Affiliates that offer Hypercharge EV charging to their clients. While the Partner channel will be owned by this role, additional assistance with other channels will be required as and when capacity allows.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and own the Partner Channel Marketing strategy by developing and executing marketing programs to drive adoption and success of new partners, as measured by metrics such as speed to activation, repeat business, and increasing deal value and volume.
- Lead the development and management of the Hypercharge Partners Website and Partner Portal, with enticing Marketing content and practical resources respectfully.
- Align with Partners to increase engagement (campaigns, available collateral, new marketing material, etc.) - including delivery of content and communications.
- Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to provide Marketing contributions, including helping define key messaging and content.
- Develop materials and programming to enable and activate new partners, and nurture and optimize existing partners.
- Track and analyze the success of Marketing campaigns and programs and make timely changes if needed.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner/channel marketing.
- Experience developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with a start-up, worked in a fast-paced environment, and/or possesses a start-up mentality.
- Fluent, effective communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
**Bonus Qualifications**:
- A university degree in a related discipline such as marketing, journalism, media, or communications.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, WordPress/Divi, Hootsuite, Trello, Google Workplace.
- Business proficient communication skills in French.
- Automotive/EV industry interest or experience.
