As the Partner Marketing / Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive partner engagement and generate demand. You will create and manage comprehensive partner marketing plans, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will implement multi-channel demand generation strategies, optimize lead nurturing programs, and measure campaign performance to drive pipeline growth and revenue. You will also conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies and support product launches.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Marketing**:

- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive partner engagement and joint marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage partner marketing plans, including co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
- **Demand Generation**:

- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Create and optimize lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**:

- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features.
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing materials, including sales decks, buyer personas, and training assets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and differentiation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.

**Required Skills for Success**:

- Experienced with 7+ years of experience in partner marketing and demand generation, preferably in the tech or HR tech space.
- A self-starter with a successful record of implementation and aligning tactical plans with strategy.
- High motivation and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Agile in your approaches and you do what it takes to move fast in an ever-changing market and hit the numbers while staying within budget.
- Proven in your results achieved and are hungry to continue your successful journey.
