**Responsibilities**
As the Manager, Compliance & IT Services at Thrive you will be responsible for helping ensure our organization continues to deliver on our commitment to compliance excellence while implementing and scaling our IT services in order to enable our teams to perform at their best. You will have full ownership over compliance at Thrive and will play a pivotal role in helping ensure customer data is handled following industry standards and best practices pertaining to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. This trust is what has enabled Thrive to grow its relationships with existing customers while scaling to support exciting new opportunities as a trusted technology partner. Your responsibilities will also include the management and execution of a wide variety of IT services and technical support needs that will enable our teams to operate at much higher levels of productivity while contributing to a culture of excellence, fun and collaboration. The 2 areas of responsibility include:
BUSINESS
1 - Policies & Procedures (security, compliance, disaster recovery, access control, etc.)
2 - Planning & Process (strategy, audit, project management, etc.)
3 - Budgeting (forecasting, services, assets, tracking, optimization, etc.)
4 - Business Development (RFP support, vendor and client relationship management, etc.)
PEOPLE
1 - Shared Resources
- Physical Space (building/floor space, seating, kitchen, rooms, storage, etc.)
- Access (building/floor/rooms, networking, WiFi, security, monitoring, etc.)
- Tools (communication & collaboration tools, displays, audio/video systems, conferencing, etc.)
2 - Individual Resources
- Onboarding support (system/services access, intro meetings, training, etc.)
- Personal Equipment (laptops/monitors/gear, access, security, etc.)
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of consecutive experience in an IT support and management function with direct responsibility over an organization/group of at least 30 people
- Proficient in managing and administering business compliance and other organizational policies/procedures
- (including but not limited to SOC2 compliance, employee security training, system & office access control)
- Proficient in managing and supporting a physical and virtual Workplace
(including but not limited to networking, ordering, storage, monitoring, access/security)
- Proficient in managing and supporting Employees
(including but not limited to HW/SW ordering/shipping, provisioning, access/security)
- Proficient in managing and supporting a wide range of software and hardware
(including but not limited to office networking, WiFi, A/V, conferencing systems, MDM, end-point security)
- Proficient with Mac OS and Linux OS systems is preferred
- Experience in the management, administration and support of IT security is preferred
- Experience in managing contracts and work provided by 3rd party vendors
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds

**Compensation Package**
- Base salary up to $120,000
- 3 weeks paid vacation & 1+ week for holiday shutdown period
