Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative features, fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance, and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you'll be working closely with fellow developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with other members of the Core Service team (DevOps, DBA, and IT Operations), and the team of Software Engineers and QAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general problem diagnosis and technical support to internal and external inquiries in North America/Europe regions
- Administration of IIS Web Server environments and Windows Server systems
- Administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) and proactive monitoring, maintenance, and support of cloud services

- AWS/Azure IaaS-PaaS cloud models
- Vulnerability scanners such as Tenable
- Ansible
- Linux servers
- Compliance: FedRAMP, SOC1/SOC2 or ISO certification
- Atlassian's Jira / Confluence platform
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- 5+ years experience with system administration/support or similar roles
- 3+ years experience in Windows Server System Administration (Windows Server 2019/2022)
- 2+ years of scripting and language skills - such as PowerShell
