- ** Shift: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. every other Saturday.**:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Estimator is responsible for growing sales by partnering with other franchise staff to provide outstanding customer service to all **TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Peterborough** customers through

in-depth knowledge of products and services. **TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® - Peterborough **is a company accredited by the Canadian Association of Movers©

**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Recommend and sell solutions according to customer's needs for moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment by asking open ended and probing questions
- Provide moving/packing quotes via our “Movers Who Care” system over the phone.
- Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves and Estimates.
- Data entry and clerical work
- Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
- Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interact with customer
- May participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination

- Commitment to customer service excellence and exceeding the customer's expectations
- Relentlessly positive attitude
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time)
- Sales and call centre experience preferred
- Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale.
- Basic Computer Literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent, Post-Secondary an asset.
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
