**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resources.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, drawings, and contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Track project timelines and deadlines and communicate updates to the project team.

**Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for project managers, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Organize and maintain project files and records, both in physical and electronic formats.

**Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication channels to ensure smooth information flow between team members and external partners.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally.

**Financial Tracking**:

- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to the projects.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of project-related financial transactions.

**Quality Control and Documentation**:

- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulations.
- Document and report any deviations from project plans and specifications to project managers promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project support roles within the ICI construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, processes, and best practices is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
