Responsibilities:*
- Drive key sales metrics, contributing to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue of the VIP initiative following quarterly targets and objectives
- Create diverse mechanisms for identification of potential high value players in the different interactions and through own personal network
- Identify and open relations with high value player groups/clubs/organizations which can add to the growth of our Top Tier segment
- Ability to generate new leads and upsell to existing ones
- Create, document and put in place processes and procedures aimed at achieving conversion of identified potential high value players
- Collaborate in crafting retention plan(s) for completed conversions using knowledge and insights of the players
- Develop strong, authentic, long term and trusted relationships with internal and external customers
- Monitor, report and review on the continuity of all implemented sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing/Partnerships teams in capturing sales opportunities through planned activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a business development, sales manager or related field, online gaming industry considered an asset
- Solid understanding of online gambling markets with a strong focus on Sportsbook followed by Casino and other related products, must understand the mind of a VIP
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience in Marketing and Sales, specifically as it relates to relationship building, retention, and growth

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
