Andolini Modern Italian Market is looking for an inspired pizzaiolo/pizza maker for our growing team. We are a newer establishment that deals in house baked goods, breads, desserts, with full kitchen capabilities for dine in, take out, and catering.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Pay is based on experience**_

**Inspect all preparation and pizza station/equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order**

**Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner**

**Minimum 2 years of Experience in Pizza making**

**Hand Stretching Neapolitan Style Dough**

**Mixing Dough**

**Portioning**

**Balling Dough**

**Maintaining Clean Work Station and Sterilize Equipment**

**Following Established Recipes and Implementing of New Recipes**

**Food Preparation**

**Slicing Meats**

**Monitor Stock**

**Limiting Food Waste**

**Handle Food Products In Thoughtful Manner**

**Requirements**:
**Positive Attitude**

**Team Spirit**

**Ability and Openness to Follow Instruction**

**Minimum Two Year Experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Pizza Making: 2 years (required)
- Culinary: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
