WCG’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) is delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada and in partnership with Lifemark Health Group. The Rehabilitation Service Specialist Team Manager has a passion for developing motivated, diverse and engaged teams. Le programme de services de réhabilitation et d'assistance professionnelle (PSRAP) du WCG est mis en œuvre au nom d'Anciens Combattants Canada et en partenariat avec Lifemark Health Group. Le gestionnaire d'équipe des spécialistes des services de réadaptation doit avoir une passion pour le développement d'équipes motivées, diversifiées et engagées. Ses antécédents en gestion du rendement, combinés à une vision et à un objectif inspirés, permettront à l'organisation de maintenir un service à la clientèle de qualité et un environnement d'apprentissage et d'amélioration continus.

En tant que chef d'une équipe solide et professionnelle, vous faites la différence au niveau personnel et communautaire en veillant à ce que les anciens combattants réalisent leurs objectifs en matière d'emploi et reçoivent le meilleur soutien possible.

**What you’ll do / Ce que vous allez faire**:

- Monitor and manage caseloads and workflow to ensure optimization of resources and achievement of service standards and ensuring team has the appropriate skills and expertise
- Support RSS team to ensure timely, high quality and participant-centered services are provided within service standards
- Create and maintain trusted partnerships with service providers, community agencies and employers to improve participant outcomes and experiences
- Represent the program and build awareness and commitment among employers and community agencies of the program’s services.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the business community and community agencies that can benefit regional service delivery to improve participant outcomes and experiences
- Support the RSS Regional Manager to implement change management processes related to volume fluctuations, performance issues, or changes in policy impacting service delivery- Contrôler et gérer la charge de travail et le volume de travail afin de permettre une optimisation des ressources et le respect des exigences en matière de service, tout en veillant à ce que l'équipe dispose des compétences et de l'expertise adéquates.
- Soutenir l'équipe SSR afin de garantir que des services de haute qualité, centrés sur les participants, sont fournis en temps voulu et dans le respect des normes de service.
- Créer et maintenir des partenariats de qualité avec les prestataires de services, les agences communautaires et les employeurs afin d'améliorer les résultats et l'expérience des participants.
- Représenter le programme et sensibiliser les employeurs et les organismes communautaires aux services offerts par le programme..
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec le monde des affaires et les agences communautaires qui peuvent bénéficier de la distribution de services régionaux afin d'améliorer les résultats et l'expérience des participants.
- Soutenir le responsable régional SSR dans la mise en œuvre des processus de gestion du changement liés aux fluctuations de volume, aux problèmes de performance ou aux changements de politique ayant une incidence sur la prestation de services.

- A current health professional designation, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), or a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional - Fellow (CVRP - F)
