**Position Overview**:
We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Café and Store Manager to lead our team and operations. This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about sustainability, community building, and driving business growth. We believe that the right individual for this role will be more than just a manager, but a partner for the ownership team. Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the profitability and sustainability of both Poured Coffee and The RE Place. Drive initiatives to grow the business while maintaining our commitment to sustainable practices.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations of both Poured Coffee and The RE Place, including inventory management, staffing, menu development, product purchasing, inventory management, P&L and customer service excellence. Ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes across all aspects of the business.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to empower staff members to excel in their roles.
- Customer Experience: Uphold the highest standards of service excellence and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including product offerings, ambiance, and engagement initiatives.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and cost optimization strategies to maximize profitability. Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the ownership team to develop and execute budgetary plans and profit-sharing models.
- Digital Marketing and Promotion: Execute our digital marketing to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive repeat business. Leverage both traditional and digital channels to effectively communicate our unique value proposition and engage with the community.
- Be hands on as a Barista/Retail associate

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cafe management or related hospitality roles, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- knowledge of sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a genuine commitment to reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive financial performance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
