Office Administrator/bookkeeper

We are looking for an individual with great organizational skills and leadership for our Office Administrator and bookkeeping position. This position supports all departments of our company and contributes towards driving company success. This is a dynamic position with a diverse set of responsibilities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to demonstrate, use and grow their knowledge, expertise and skills.
**Position Responsibilities_: _**
- A point of information to Customers, Suppliers, Management.
- General Bookkeeping: AP/AR, payroll, WSIB remittance
- General Office Administration
- Customer Service
- Purchasing materials and office supplies
- Material/inventory Management
- Business Operations Support by ensuring proper paperwork
**Position Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 year of related work experience and/or training;
- Familiarity with **Quickbooks**/other ERP system
