**ROLE IMPACT**:
Crohn’s and Colitis Canada is seeking a team player, ready to roll up their sleeves to find solutions and take on tasks to support the success of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada’s digital health programs (MyGut, GoHere and other programs) and the organization. Reporting to the Digital Health Initiatives (DHI) Manager, the DHI Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the manager in ensuring the ongoing and future success of all digital programs by conducting business analytics, offering recommendations, ensuring quality assurance, along with providing program support.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in data analytics, health administration, project management, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics. Digital Health project experience an asset.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a healthcare or digital health setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- High aptitude in data analytics, data fidelity and quality
- Adept at using technology to assist with data analytics such as advanced Excel and PowerBI
- Business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Excellent relationship building ability and strong communication skills; able to adapt communication style for various audiences;
- Highly organized, detail oriented with strong analytical skill; able to work independently;
- Self-motivated, driven, problem solver and a team player;
- Successful completion of a criminal and credit background check..

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct business analysis to understand and document requirements, processes, and workflows using BPMNs, process maps etc.
- Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in overseeing the implementation process of digital tools, including mobile apps and other digital health solutions.
- Analyze digital health data, metrics, and outcomes to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings, project progress, and outcomes for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Drafting and anticipating the need for policy changes to ensure best practice in digital health
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Facilitate effective communication within the digital health team and with other departments.
- Provide administrative support to the digital health team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related documents.
