**Our Next Hire: GIS Analyst & Technical Support**

Our GIS Analysts are growing experts in their field, bringing their technical expertise to every project to help support their teams’ and clients’ success.

We are seeking an early-career GIS Analyst: a technical professional who excels at managing data and producing high-quality spatial renderings. A keen team player with an eye for detail and an emerging passion for using spatial data to support decision-making and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience. Degree/Diploma in GIS, geomatics, geoscience, and/or other related field is strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of demonstratable experience maintaining and administering spatial and non-spatial data. Skilled with data collection, management, and analysis.
- Strong research, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.

**Additional Bonus Variables (Not required, but good to have)**:

- Experience with utilizing tablets for collecting and managing field data and geospatial information;
- Drone pilot’s license, experience with collecting and managing drone data;
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, QGIS;
- Familiarity with provincial and federal environmental regulatory procedures (e.g. environmental impact assessments/studies, due diligence studies, habitat restoration) and natural heritage policies in Ontario.
