- LSG Partners: We partner novice land developers with more experienced developers and investors. We offer options for safe and profitable returns on real estate investment.
- LSG Innovations: For proptech-based startups, scale-ups, and small businesses, LSG offers a variety of services that help proptech founders grow their companies and create innovative solutions for the real estate world.

The Land Services Group is currently seeking a Financial Analyst. As a Financial Analyst, you provide a broad range of analytical, research, and presentation support to the realty team and partners. Your in-depth, academically proven research and financial analysis skills provide strategic solutions and insight to the team.

**Financial Analyst Duties & Responsibilities**:

-  Prepare real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by performing financial modeling, including risk analysis, cash flow analysis, and IRR.
- Assist in the financing, acquisition, and due diligence for properties.
- Prepare offering memoranda and marketing material.
- Develop and maintain financial models for development projects.
- Conduct and maintain a database of market research.
- Perform market research on areas of interest.
- Prepare comprehensive presentation and communication materials for prospective clients (e.g. investment offering summaries, confidential information memorandums, pitches, etc).
- Collaborate with external working professionals, including lawyers, accountants, planners, architects, and engineers.

**Financial Analyst Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, in a related field
- Passion for and knowledge of Real Estate
- Ambition and career goals to become a future partner of the company
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Highly proficient with analytical tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to thrive in our collaborative team and excel in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently and deliver results to the highest accuracy.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in a second language is a bonus.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
