**CUSTOMER SERVICE EVENING LEADER**

Gold’s Gym BC has 4 locations in the lower mainland - UBC Campus, Vancouver, Langley and POCO. Although we are a big brand name - We are a locally owned business, passionate about seeing our people grow and develop with the Gold’s gym brand and beyond.

**Leadership Responsibilities**
- Learn/ Master all aspects of the CSR role.
- Work closely with other club leaders to uphold club policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other club leaders to train and develop team members.
- Handle customer issues and inquires.
- Audit and ensure quality of teamwork / documents.
- Assist with needed schedule coverage.
- Ensure gym floor gym floor is clean/ tidy and kept to the Gold’s Gym standard.
- Work closely with sales team during outreach and community events.
- Develop a detailed understanding of club functions and operations.
- After full training has been completed - The CSR leader will be trained on membership sales and assisting with new member sign ups.

**Key Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Greet members and guests enthusiastically to encourage a positive culture at the club.
- Monitor member check-ins to identity delinquent accounts.
- Check in all members and guests using the proper registration procedures.
- Ensure that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate employee/department in a prompt, professional manner.
- Promote club events, group fitness classes, and any other in-club events to members and guests.
- Efficiently and effective input and update daily cash reconciliation documents.
- Process point of sale items, such as retail and concession sales.
- Distribute membership cards, parking decals, towels, child-minding tickets, and other materials as needed.

**Qualifications/Need to know’s**
- Customer service driven with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty.
- Have a positive attitude and outstanding, adaptive communication skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of cash transaction processing procedures
- Able to work evening Monday
- Thursday 3:15pm
- 11:15pm and Saturday all day.
- No extended time off for travel.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be adaptable and able to solve problems on the go.
- Must be able to work alone and in a team.
- Must be able to use down time and show a proactive mindset.
- Must have a heightened attention to detail.
