**POSITION OVERVIEW**:

- Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, this position is the face of Shoppers World Brampton and is responsible for providing a compelling shopping experience for our customers. The Guest Service Representative is service driven, and sales motivated; and works well in a dynamic, evolving, and welcoming environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build relationships with customers and retailers as a Shoppers World Brampton Ambassador;
- Management and sale of SWB gift cards;
- Open and close Guest Services;
- Respond to customer and retailer inquiries;
- Management of lost and found;
- Management of accessibility equipment loans;
- Work cohesively with our Guest Services Representatives and management teams to position Shoppers World Brampton as a primary shopping destination;
- Assist with event logistics;
- Other projects and duties as required;
- Undertake various administrative duties;
- Provide gift-wrapping services;
- Resolve guests/retailers queries, concerns and complaints.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment;
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Previous experience operating a cash register computer system;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to learn how to gift-wrap.
