As the Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of the Customer Service Department. You have a natural passion for people management and providing an extraordinary customer experience. You are an exemplary mentor that builds and leads a diverse team of high-performing individuals.

**Purpose of the Job**:
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for creating an environment where the customer service team can be highly successful in achieving their goals. They oversee the performance of their Associates and provide guidance and training as required to elevate the overall team performance. They have a thorough understanding of both the customer and business needs and can find solutions that work for both parties. They understand that service is what separates us from the competition, leading by example, they strive to create a team that is the best in the industry from the customer’s perspective.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Delegating customer concerns and handling escalations and coaching accordingly.
- Maintaining processes to ensure that issues are handled efficiently, effectively and to conclusion.
- Communicate effectively with all partners including the Management Team, Service, Vendors and Delivery.
- Effective process controls that balance customer satisfaction and company objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail - thorough and accurate
- Excellent phone/conversational skills and written communication proficiency
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- You thrive in a team setting and mentor accordingly
- You are courteous, empathetic and skillful at conveying information and ideas concisely and correcting issues promptly and professionally (excellent problem-solving skills)
- Your exceptional communication skills include the ability to listen closely to others, adapting your methods to suit your audience.
- The ability to multi-task
- Strong PC skills are required.
- Previous Appliance retail experience would be an asset
- Punctual and reliable
- Organized with the ability to lead a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34,597.00-$55,000.00 per year
