**Position Description**
**Area** : School-Base Mental Health
**Duration** : Three Years
**Start date** : Immediately
**Salary** : $55,000/year plus benefits
**Job Description**:
Research: The postdoctoral scholar or research manager will have responsibilities in managing a research project including recruitment, coordinating with school divisions and partners, screening, pre/post testing, supervising research assistants, and analyzing data. Additionally, the postdoctoral scholar or research manager will participate in writing manuscripts and in presenting results at conferences. The scholar will report to Dr. Gabrielle Wilcox.
**Qualifications**:
- Doctoral degree in school psychology, psychology, education, or related field
- Passion for applied research spanning the fields of education and psychology as well as well-developed creative and critical thinking skills.
- Strong skills in managing and analyzing a large data set.
- Skill and interest in interacting with school-aged students as well as both a variety of researchers and school staff.
- Well-developed scholarly writing skills and oral communication to both scientific and education audiences.
- Independence in time management, self-directed work, in an interdisciplinary environment.
