Vancouver, Canada Securiguard Full time

Securiguard is looking for an energetic and motivated Security Site Supervisor for a high-profile corporate office site in Vancouver. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the site schedule and effectively leading, supervising and mentoring a team.

**The day-to-day**
- Manage and supervise site security officers and ensure guidelines and security standards are adhered to.
- Train and mentor officers on site duties and protocols, as well as site conduct, deportment, reporting procedures, and company policy/procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, maintaining records and preparing incident reports and other documentation.
- Take part in the annual fire drill with the client team, conduct monthly emergency code blue tests and key cabinet (containing city wide client keys) audit.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs, security inspections and assist site guards in eviction of trespassers/unauthorized personnel for assigned facilities.
- Be an active participant in Occupational Health & Safety meetings.
- Conduct fire and safety audits as required and maintain records.
- Review service levels with the Operations Manager and discuss needs for recognition or awards to officers, as well as coaching, training or disciplinary needs.
- Participate in service review meeting with internal security management and Operations Manager and take a lead role in addressing client concerns.

**Here's what you need**:

- Valid BC Security Worker License
- At least 1 year of security experience in a shift lead or supervisor capacity
- Occupational First Aid 2 or 3 is an asset.
- Ability to lead, plan, organize and problem solve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- A positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Full-time availability with flexibility.
