Site Supervisor/ Foreman

**Duties**:

- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of team mates
- Establish methods to comply with work schedules and coordinate work activities with the company policies (quality control, safety procedures etc.)
- Any site issue that prevents proper work must be reported to project manager for documentations and proper actions on specific issue
- Daily, weekly, monthly materials quantities supplies must be coordinating with the project manager
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of apprentices, assistants and related laborers.
- Attend meetings with Modena team, others to discuss work or safety matters if necessary
- Daily record of staff attendance, hours worked and this is reported to HR
- Supervise and mentor construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

Most than five years of experience in the trade or in the work area supervised are usually required.

You must have a work permit

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
