In this line of work there are always new things to learn, new problems to work around, and plenty of hands on building.
**Responsibilities**:
Lift and carry building materials
Use hand tools, power tools, understand blue prints and can be trusted to work on their own
Construct projects to meet proper building standards.
Haul and place building materials into trucks and onto job sites.
Clean up debris from job sites.
Organize tools and materials.
Follow directions from job supervisors.
Have good communication skills and able to take feedback
Has own tools
Has own vehicle
Punctual and reliable

Painting
Roofing
Deck building
Siding
Finishing work
Landscaping
Masonry
Quoting
**Perks**:
Fall/winter Shifts are 830-430 8 hr days M-F (Summer shifts 7-5 10 hr days 4 days on 3 off)
We regularly take the crew for lunches, drinks, golf, boating etc,
We're a very easy going crew who are here to teach and help, not bark orders and have temper tantrums.
