**What You’ll Do**
- Encourage and promote safe work behavior.
- Work in the mill building alongside the operations staff.
- Support operations staff with reporting, record keeping, and other clerical tasks related to maintenance and production activities in the mill.

**What You Offer**
- Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
- 2 years of previous experience in an administrative role.
- Positive, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a highly interactive team environment.
- Effective organization, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Intermediate skills within the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
