Occupational (Drug & Alcohol) Tester - On-call

**Job Description - Drug & Alcohol Tester in Belledune NB and Region**

**Job Title**: Drug & Alcohol Tester (on-call)

**Start Date**: Immediately *Urgently Hiring*

**Salary**: $25 per piece and up, depending on the test conducted

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with client intake
- Greeting clients
- Verifying identification
- Preparing required paperwork
- Administer various occupational health tests including
- Pre-employment screening
- Drug & Alcohol
- Complete after-hours and onsite testing at the NorthStream Safety & Rehab office site or mobile-client worksites when required

**Requirements**:

- Certified Specimen Collector (CSC), and a Breath Alcohol Tester (BAT) at a minimum (training will be provided if you are not certified)
- A minimum of two years experience in a customer service or administrative role is required
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload
- Problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Professionalism
- Ability to effectively deal with conflict
- Valid ON Drivers License

**Work Conditions**
- Exposure to hazards associated with the industry (e.g., urine, saliva)
- Possible periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions such as walking on uneven surfaces
- Hazards associated with conducting work outdoors or at a client’s worksite
- Possible high noise levels
- Occasional travel
- Travel may be required in difficult conditions, such as snow-covered and slippery roads
- Operation and use of necessary supplies and equipment
- Possible exposure to conditions including heat, cold, humidity, and dust when at a client’s worksite
- Repetitive work
- Use of required personal protective equipment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
