**Duties**
Parametric Properties Inc. Is a one-of-a-kind real estate investment company operating in Victoria, BC. We use a proprietary algorithm to assess undervalued properties for acquisition creating a lucrative investment opportunity.

We are expanding and we want you to be a part of this exciting new chapter Are you a detail-oriented, document creating master with a flare for file management? This role is a new position within the company which means you will have influence into its creation. We need a document super-star. We work in both an MS environment and a google based one so experience with both is required. Tasks such as google calendar management, file retrieval, google drive records inventory management, typing detailed documents and letters will form part of your daily life. Further support with RFP research and composition, creation of marketing materials, property management and some basic financial tasks will also form part of this role.

The ability to function within strict deadlines while maintaining keen attention to detail will be an asset as will an administrative background inclusive of a certificate in administration however a combination of experience and education will be considered. We are looking for the right fit and are willing to train to achieve this goal

**Qualifications**

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong business writing skills are essential.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities, proactive, results oriented and resourceful
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
- Administrative certification and 2 years experience or a combination of both,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$29.10 per hour
