**Job Function**:
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for working with the Supply Chain Manager/Procurement Manager to accurately order parts inventory and supplies using Fishbowl software. This role will also be working closely with the Inventory Specialist to accurately move/track inventory between Interra locations and provide support with inventory counts and stock verification.

**Job Roles**:

- Assist Procurement and Assembly teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Procurement of commodities and service maintenance requirements as needed.
- Processing Request to Orders (RTO’s) as assigned and ensures compliance with purchasing processes and procedures.
- Procurement Open Order Reporting and expediting as required.
- Supplier Set-ups and management of supplier documentation.
- Assist with Inventory Counts and Audits to ensure accuracy.
- Minimize inventory discrepancies for both stock quantity and value.
- Fishbowl ERP Software - Maintain data integrity of database and make changes as required to enhance accuracy and usefulness.
- P/N Creation, BOM Set-up and Manufacturing Orders as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and improve efficiencies.
- Build and maintain relations with suppliers and internal partners.
- Front reception duties as required.
- Such other duties as assigned by Interra from time to time.

**KPI’s**:

- Minimize inventory stock outs by managing issuance of Purchase Orders and monitoring Supplier On-Time Delivery.
- Timely and accurate processing of Purchase Orders.
- Minimize Inventory adjustments caused by poor execution of processes and procedures including issuance of Purchase Orders and Inventory Movements.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain/inventory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A professional designation or working towards Certified Professional Purchaser (CPP) or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) is considered an asset.
