Real Estate 360 Limited is a leader in property management, dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Residential Property Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties and ensure our clients and tenants receive outstanding service.

**Position Overview**
As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard, and that all aspects of operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tenant Management**:

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
- **Property Maintenance**:

- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work is completed.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
- Collect rent and other fees, and follow up on late payments.
- Generate financial reports for property owners and management.
- **Compliance and Administration**:

- Ensure all properties comply with local laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance activities, and tenant communications.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures.
- **Resident Relations**:

- Foster positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Address tenant disputes and mediate conflicts when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and legal requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

**Assets (Preferred but Not Required)**
- Experience with Yardi Property Management Software
- Familiarity with local property management regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
