Key Responsibilities:

- Create marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Develop, manage, and analyze social media strategies and content.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Organize, categorize, and archive digital materials for seamless access.
- Work autonomously on projects, showcasing strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Answer electronic enquiries and relay messages.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.
- Assist with other administrative task as required.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Proficient in both English and Spanish (written & spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating System and social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate and communicate with diverse clientele.
- Background in Immigration, and/or marketing and sales an asset.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Independent worker, with a penchant for identifying and solving problems.
- Results-driven, aiming for both precision and efficiency in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
