We are seeking a detail-oriented **Total Rewards Analyst** to join our dynamic HR Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing critical payroll, benefits, and compensation functions for employees across the United States and Canada. As a key member of the Holding company, you will ensure seamless service delivery across multiple HR functions. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, learns quickly, and approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-driven mindset.

**_Your main activities (but are not limited to):_**
- **Payroll Processing & Compliance**: Accurately process payroll for employees across the U.S. and Canada, including wage garnishments, employment verifications, expatriate payroll, and handling leaves of absence. Ensure compliance with tax laws at federal, state, provincial, and local levels, and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
- ** Benefits Administration**: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Act as a point of contact for escalated benefits inquiries, resolving issues with carriers efficiently.
- **Compensation & Tax Management**: Support compensation processes, ensuring adherence to pay structures and conducting year-end adjustments. Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with reporting requirements such as W-2s, T-4s, Releve 1s, pension adjustments, and tax gross-ups. Set up and maintain tax accounts with federal, state, provincial, and local agencies, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Respond to tickets from North American entities through the payroll ticketing system. Provide clear, timely, and courteous responses to payroll, benefits, and compensation inquiries, maintaining an elevated level of customer service.
- **Issue Resolution & Escalation**: Investigate and resolve payroll, tax, and benefits issues escalated via the ticketing system. Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external carriers to resolve issues effectively.
- **Service Level Management**: Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) by triaging tickets within 24 hours, keeping customers informed on resolution timelines. Provide regular updates if delays occur, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Union Payments**: Process payments to unions for membership dues and other union-related payroll withholdings, ensuring compliance with agreements.
- **Audit & Compliance Support**:Prepare reports for annual payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. Respond to inquiries from external auditors and provide supporting documentation for payroll, benefits, and compensation matters.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports on payroll, compensation, and benefits metrics. Assist subsidiaries with report configuration and provide data to support their decision-making.
- **Worker’s Compensation & Health Taxes**: Manage reporting and remittances for Worker’s Compensation boards, health taxes, and RQ across applicable regions. Submit annual reports and respond to inquiries from government agencies.
- **Process Improvement**: Participate in process improvement projects to streamline workflows related to payroll, benefits, and compensation. Use insights from ticketing data to recommend enhancements to service delivery.
