**Who We Are**

FASTSIGNS Scarborough is a leading sign company and we are currently seeking a full-time Production Installer Specialist to join our team. We are a fast-paced one-stop sign company offering a wide variety of print, design, and installation services from our production facility.

**What We Are Looking For**

The Production Installer is an astute problem-solver, no stranger to bringing Creative ideas to life. Creative work is performed within the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area which is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment. You'll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and hang items, both inside and out. You'll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - on or in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling.

**You Will Also Be Responsible For**
- Ability to assess and resolve delivery constraints
- Installation and maintenance of exterior & interior signage
- Ability to comprehend shop drawings, site plans, and sign location drawings
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights as well as confined spaces
- Load and transport signage to the destination
- Prepare worksite by removing unwanted signage, preparing mounting surfaces, and final cleanup
- Follow all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases
- Install signage in strict compliance with the work order
- Perform a quality control review and reports findings to store leadership
- Establish and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

**What You Bring To The Role**
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Familiarity with power tools is preferred
- Electrical background is preferred
- Previous sign installation experience is helpful

**Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits**
- Monday to Friday, Typical Day shifts.
- Evenings and Weekends required based on Operational needs.
- Compensation Range: $17 - 20 / Hr
