**Job: Window treatments installer**

We have an immediate opening for a Window treatments installer to join our passionate team and collaborate to create exceptional experiences for our clients.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform in-home installations of our custom window treatment products: primarily roller/solar shades, Roman shades, drapery, wooden blinds, shutters and more.
- Ability to learn motorization installation and programming techniques (particularly via Lutron) with complex motorized products.
- skilled at using the Installation techniques and software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency of every appointment.
- Communicate regularly with the designers and customer service team to make sure all products are installer correctly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The ability to use personal judgment and knowledge to solve problems regarding installation of window treatments products.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in Window treatments installation
- Significant experience with the use of a common hand, and power tools including but not limited to power drill, impact driver.
- Experience with multiple types of fasteners, anchors and drill bits
- Proven ability and experience accurately measuring with measuring tape and laser measurers.
- Significant customer service and in-home service installation experience
- Strong spoken and written communications skills
- Punctual, reliable and possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity
- A strong understanding of basic to advanced technology with computers, mobile devices and tablets
- Active driver's license and insurable
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45lbs and climb up and down ladders

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
