Overview:
As a
**Parts Sales & Service Manager**, you will provide after-parts sales and marketing and technical consulting to assist New Holland Agriculture dealers in maximizing the profitability of their dealerships and the company. We are looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join this team as we continue to grow and support this Canadian region
The territory to cover: Eastern Canada - Ontario, Quebec, and the other Maritime provinces.
Travel for this position may include up to three overnights per week
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide individual dealer service/parts needs assessments, develop action plans and achieve measurable business results
- Work closely to implement all parts and service after-sales marketing plans and to improve parts market share penetration
- Responsible for dealer's sales performance in accordance with established plans
- Establish better integration between CNH Industrial and customers through frequent visits with dealers to improve relationships with major and potential customers
- Develop and implement a territory parts business plan for the dealers by helping to identify and evaluate all new parts business growth opportunities
- Assist dealer to improve customer happiness by deploying targeted training and standard methodologies, establishing key customer relationships with targeted contact management, and identifying strategic account management
- Demonstrate coordinated marketing of total dealership offerings to grow dealer service sales
- Gather market intelligence for corporate parts/service marketing development
- Develop and deploy practical plans that improve the success rate of the dealers' services
- Influence dealer to embrace product support retail growth to 100% absorption through service/parts department
- Conduct training programs and seminars for dealers to advance the effective use of company parts programs
The salary offered for this position will most likely fall between 83,000 CAD and 120,000 CAD annually. The role is also eligible for a company vehicle and sales incentive plan of 25%.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in sales or business development OR
- Associates degree with 6+ years of experience in sales or business development OR
- HS/GED with 8+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Ability to Travel 75%
- Bilingual in English / French.
