We are one of **Ottawa’s** leading business development firms. Our company was founded on the idea that business is best done in person, brand partnerships you believe in are critical to success, and hard work is non-negotiable. We are currently working with a premier client to increase their market share, expand into untouched territories, and reduce customer churn.

We are actively searching for a dedicated team player to join our team as an **Entry Level Sales Representative**. With a comprehensive, detailed, and nationally recognized training regimen, we effectively highlight each team member's strengths and personalities.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Meet with prospective customers directly to review their current needs, deliver product/service recommendations, determine eligibility, and close sales
- Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening and addressing the customer's needs, wants, and concerns
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective customers within an assigned territory to increase return business and create a referral pipeline
- Meets weekly targets for outreach, leads, and closed prospects
- Move prospects through the sales pipeline quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products, services, promotions, and updates
- Accurately record all customer information strictly adhering to all of the company's compliance and privacy guidelines
- Participate in daily and weekly business development and sales topics to continue to enhance product knowledge, advance skillsets, and brainstorm new ways to increase outreach methods and closing ratios

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of sales experience or experience in a client/customer-facing setting
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Unmatched work ethic, whether in a team setting or working independently
- People-oriented demeanor with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory-type position
- Passion for working in an entrepreneurial start-up culture ready to help grow a team

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
