**Junior Accounting Clerk**

**Salary**: $50,000 to$55,000 depending on experience

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and hardworking **Junior Accounting Clerk**.

As a Junior Accounting Clerk at Accumetal Manufacturing, you will assist with processing and documenting all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. With a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic you can help contribute to the
further success of our company

**What you will do**:

- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, and issuing payments.
- Verify invoices received against purchase orders to detect and errors or inconsistencies.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, such as account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial report preparation.
- Provide clerical support by organizing and maintaining accounting documents and records.
- Work collaboratively with other staff in tracking, issuance and receipt of invoices.
- Issue customer invoices verifying against pack lists shipped and pricing to detect any errors.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Experience with accounting and material handling software.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.

**Required Education and Experience**
- Completion of Grade 12 with business related courses and 3+ years of relevant experience or completion of relevant college diploma.
