Description:

- Verbal & written communication with patients and physicians
- Managing, faxing, and scanning medical records
- Preparing and cleaning examination rooms
- Rooming patients & getting vitals
- Chaperoning medical procedures

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and in person
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Ability to work well independently and with others in a team environment
- Ability to multitask

Preferred Skills (but not required):

- Familiarity with Ava EMR
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a medical clinic or office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology or Medical Office Assistant diploma

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-37.5 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.45 per hour

Schedule:
