We are seeking a Client Specialist to join our team

As a Client Specialist at Benefits by Design, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere, You will also have the chance to:
Grow - you would continue to develop your skills and knowledge, as BBD is focused on helping people grow as individuals and professionals.

Learn - you would be joining an evolving industry (that would be group insurance) and be building a strong product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries, questions and concerns with accuracy in a timely manner.

Adapt - and identify opportunities for improvement as a trusted liaison between the customer and the customer success teams to support day to day business.

Interact - with members of the BBD team (internal) and people from our communities (external) - such as suppliers, advisors and clients.

**What are we looking for in a Client Specialist?**
- A strong perspective on customer service - and who an organization’s customers are
- Experience with Group Benefits as either a professional or as a plan member
- A friendly, professional approach in all forms of communication
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- A positive attitude and problem-solving instincts to ensure client inquiries are answered and solutions are recommended based on the full need of the client
- High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience with tough conversations and feel comfortable communicating important details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
