The position available is full-time, 37 1/2 hours per week at our Montreal office. Training will be provided by the existing team.
- Record customer receipts in order to keep the accounts receivable register up to date.
- Review and follow up on customer receivables, and contact customers to claim amounts owed, where appropriate.
- Process expenses paid by credit card, verify supporting documents, proceed with payment and accounting.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile certain balance sheet accounts and income statements.
- Prepare various accounting and management reports.
- Perform any other inherent task assigned by the CFO.

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Simply Accounting software an asset
- Initiative, dynamism and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Versatile and able to manage priorities
