**Recruitment Advisor**

professionals, Armour is presently seeking a **Recruitment Advisor** to join our growing team from
our downtown Halifax location.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Recruitment Advisor will focus on full-cycle
recruitment for the organization. This includes effectively managing applicants through the full
- cycle recruitment process in collaboration with hiring management teams in our hospitality,
construction and property management related business units. This role will build successful
exceeds expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role is accountable for the full
- cycle recruitment process for all workforce requirements across the enterprise.

- Work closely with hiring management and HR on ensuring recruitment needs are

- Assist with exit interviews to understand reasons for staff turnover and areas of

improvement within the recruitment function.
- Demonstrates positivity and embodies the organizational culture to ensure the

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Undergraduate degree; certificate or diploma in HR Management or related area.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- A commitment to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving
- deadlines.- Prior experience in the following industries is considered an asset: commercial real

estate, hospitality, construction, leasing, property management.
