**B2B Marketing Copywriter - Dokainish & Company**
**Background**

Our areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, project controls, systems implementations, project management, quantitative risk analysis, organizational change management, reporting, estimating, scheduling, and asset management for capital projects. We draw upon decades of project experience to deliver customized solutions to our clients’ most complex challenges.
The B2B Marketing Copywriter reports to the Director, Marketing.
**This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Directors, SMEs and team members to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels and materials.
- Conduct research to understand the needs, challenges, and motivations of our target ABM list.
- Refine and maintain buyer personas and tailor messaging to address the specific pain points and goals of different customer segments.
- Optimize copy for search engines to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
- Stay updated on industry trends and keywords to incorporate into content strategy.
- Work closely with the management team, Director, marketing team, et al. to incorporate feedback and continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the visual and textual elements align seamlessly for maximum impact.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B marketing copywriter, preferably in tech, consulting, finance, IT
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems - we use HubSpot.
