**Company Description**

Neotech Metals (CSE: NTMC) (OTCQB: NTMFF) is a Vancouver-based company focused on unlocking the critical rare earth domestic potential. The company has a portfolio of Rare-Earth element (REE) exploration properties it's seeking to develop within North America. The Company is fully-funded for the season's programs, and is striving to expand and leverage on it's current assets, while continuing to look for opportunities abroad.

**Role Description**

The Company is seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated person for its VP Exploration role to support the delivery of the Company's exploration strategies. The position is a hybrid, home/field position that focuses in shaping the Company's geology-focused operations, assisting in establishing and managing the portfolio of projects. As you'll be working closely with other teams; your strong foundation in geology and operations will ensure your success in this challenging and highly rewarding appointment.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Designing and overseeing exploration programs and operations to ensure projects meet all budget, time, social and environmental constraints
- Provide strategic and technical expertise, leadership, and advice as required on matters relevant to the management of the company’s global exploration program.
- Manage the Company's portfolio of assets with the appropriate reports required while maintaining accurate records of exploration data, permits, licenses, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with all groups including Exploration and Geology, Business Development, and Technical and Projects, sharing the same mission.
- Apply, and be an advocate for, the Company's values and environmental, social, health and safety vision and policies.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualifications in Geology, together circa 20 years of progressive mining experience and a strong emphasis in exploration, discovery, mineral economics, strategy and leadership.
- P.Geo designation
- A strong foundation in geology, specifically Rare-Earth elements and their associated deposit models.
- Extensive demonstrated previous experience spanning both brownfields and greenfields exploration with a strong demonstrated track record of value creation.
- Ability to deliver high level concise business-focused presentations and reports.
- Strong demonstrated passion for exploration strategy, mineral deposit geology and their discovery.
- Commercially astute with excellent data and business analysis skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic plans, execute those plans, and deliver significant results.
- Ability to travel to the field for extended amounts of time during exploration programs.
