**Position Requirements**:

- Must have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant kitchen in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in fluent English.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for the kitchen and for producing quality products every day.
- You must be able to perform calmly and efficiently during high volume peak periods.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and a be a fast learner.
- Willing to perform tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing and garbage handling.
- Must work well within a restaurant team culture.

- Ability to lead and train a team.
- Team-oriented, motivated, clean and organized.
- Able to adapt in difficult situations and handle pressure.
- Can complete detail-oriented work in a skilled and timely manner.

**Education and Experience**:

- A Culinary Education is an asset.
- Level 1 FoodSafe, Safe Food Handling or BASICS.fst Food Handler Certificate.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs safely and must be able to stand for very long periods of time.
- Able to work in warm conditions around equipment that generate heat.

**Other**:

- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, Saturdays, Sundays and all holidays.
