**COUNSELTRON is an importer of Kitchenware, Cookware, Storage, and Health & Wellness products since 1984 based in the Victoria Park/Steeles Area.**

We specialize in products for the home, kitchen, cleaning, seasonal décor, laundry and storage solutions, giftware and foot care products. We are focused on quality products that satisfy the needs and wants for the consumer. We distribute through our warehouse facilities brands such as LODGE CAST IRON COOKWARE & E-CLOTH

**Responsibilities**:
**THIS PERSON MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE WITH AN IMPORTER/DISTRIBUTOR DEALING WITH MAJOR RETAILERS**

**IN OFFICE Position**

Proven competence in investigating, addressing & resolving issues in a timely manner with rebates and deductions from customers

Manage new customer set-up and maintenance and accurate reconciliations of customer accounts and rebates
- Strong reconciliation skills for auditing Customer deductions
- Work with office staff in operations to provide impeccable customer service to Counseltron's customers. Strong verbal and written skills.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into Adagio system with other staff.
- Resolve customer queries regarding product/pricing information, ship dates/ pick up information, returned merchandise, stock availability
- Monitor, manage and track credit limits and exposure
- Co-ordinate with Logistics to have all orders sent out on time.
- Work with staff for the collection and recovery of delinquent customer accounts
- Work with Operations Manager to provide a smooth flow of Orders and Invoicing
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliations and negotiating chargebacks
- Process reconciliation for daily deposits and credit card payments
- Assist in month end reconciliations to general ledger bank account entries

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills working independently
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and high accuracy with data
- A team player with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong Bookkeeping skills
- Must be vaccinated for a safe environment against covid 19

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office, Office 365, Excel, Word software, and web-based credit reporting platforms
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar manager position
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, knowledge of French would be an asset
- Previous experience in a multi-company environment is an asset
- Understanding of ADAGIO Accounting software an asset
