**Job Description**:
Flint is seeking a Plant Operator, with 3+ years of operator experience. Experience with waste water treatment is preferred.

**_
You will be working at our client site in Victoria, BC on a Monday to Friday shift, home every night. This position is expected to start on March 1, 2023 to November 1, 2023._**

**What would you be doing?**
- Monitor and control plant and field processing conditions utilizing SCADA control systems.
- Maintain superior housekeeping standards throughout the plant process and control room areas.
- Responsible for minor maintenance and the coordination of other maintenance activities.
- Understands and performs safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, equipment lock-out, emergency response, follow safe work procedures.
- Assist in providing a safe work environment for Maintenance and maintaining surface equipment.
- Work and communicate directly with other operators.
