Job Description:

Flint is seeking a Plant Operator Class 5, with 3+ years of operator experience. Experience with wire lining, swabbing, or field operating is preferred.

You will be working at our client site in Victoria, BC on a Monday to Friday shift, home every night.

This position is expected to start on March 1, 2023 to November 1, 2023._**
What would you be doing?

  • Monitor and control plant and field processing conditions utilizing SCADA control systems.
  • Maintain superior housekeeping standards throughout the plant process and control room areas.
  • Responsible for minor maintenance and the coordination of other maintenance activities.
  • Understands and performs safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, equipment lockout, emergency response, follow safe work procedures.
  • Assist in providing a safe work environment for Maintenance and maintaining surface equipment.
  • Work and communicate directly with other operators.
