Reporting to the show producers and the Senior Manager, Content and Production, for Radio-Canada Gaspésie/Îles-de-la-Madeleine, you will play a leadership role in preparing and presenting the show while building strong connections with audiences both on air and on social media. You will contribute substantially to the planning, design and organization of the program on a day-to-day basis, proposing content ideas and conducting interviews on or off air; you will also interact with program participants.

You must live and promote the values of an inclusive and respectful work culture. As one of the team leaders, you demonstrate a positive attitude and are always looking for creative solutions to challenges.

Work is governed by CBC/Radio-Canada programming and/or journalistic policies and standards, but there is a requirement for creativity, initiative and independent judgment.
